The Phonic Support Mat and pen 

This is great for parents at home trying to teach and support your child with phonics. Unfortunately the English language is hard and there are many groups of letters that make the same sounds, therefore children find it difficult to write with the correct sound. 
On the Mat you will see all the sounds are grouped together that make the same sound. An example of this is written below:

• ow (Window)
• oe (Toe)
• o-e (Bone)
• oa (Soaked)

This is a very useful tool to have out in front of the child when writing and reading. This mat is wipeable.
The Phonic cards (Pink Pack) would be a very useful support to go alongside this mat. 

Please note this mat doesn't include the basic alphabet sounds a-z. If you're starting phonics with your little one, the alphabet pack is the best resource to look at.
