STANDARD DELIVERY

• Royal Mail delivery times vary between 2 to 4 working days.
• Orders placed before 12PM Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.
• We cannot deliver during specific time slots, but if you aren't going to be home, we are happy to deliver to an alternative address such as work, family or friends.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

• Delivery times between 7 to 10 working days
• Orders placed before 12PM Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.
• Some deliveries outside of the UK are no longer offered (please email us at @teacherplayltd)

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received your order by the stated time period, please contact us and we will be more than happy to look into this. If you believe your order is delayed/lost/misrouted for any reason, please let us know and we will resolve this at no expense to you as the customer.
